Terms of Service

1. What we supply

A free Business Growth Diagnosis, and an optional one-off Growth Blueprint priced at £49. The Growth Blueprint is a single purchase. It is not a subscription, there is no recurring charge, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.

2. What it is built from

Both the diagnosis and the Blueprint are built from the information you supply: your consultation answers and the operational metrics you enter in the Business Metrics Questionnaire. The quality of what we can tell you depends directly on the accuracy of what you tell us.

3. How the Blueprint is produced

A draft is generated with the help of technology, including AI. That draft is not the product. A person then edits the draft and reviews it against our internal quality rubric, which requires a score of at least 9 out of 10 before the Blueprint may be released. Only then is a private, printable link created and emailed to you, typically within one working day.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, current information, and correct it if it changes.
• Independently verify any business, financial, staffing or software decision before acting on it, including pricing, capability and contract terms of any tool we mention.
• Keep your private report link to yourself (see section 7).

5. What this is not

The service provides general business analysis and suggestions. It is not legal, tax, regulated financial, employment-law or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional in those fields.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee savings, return on investment, revenue, cost reduction, the capability or continued availability of any third-party software, or any other business outcome. Any figures shown are estimates derived from the inputs you gave us, with their assumptions stated, and they may be wrong.

7. Intellectual property and your licence to use the report

We retain ownership of the underlying templates, methods and software. The information you submit remains yours. On payment we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use your Growth Blueprint inside your own business, including sharing it with your staff and your own professional advisers.

You must not publish your private report link, post it on a public website or social platform, or redistribute or resell the report as a product of your own. If a link is shared publicly we may revoke it.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and to answer support enquiries promptly at support@hegartyaisolutions.com, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime or response time. Report links are time-limited; if yours has expired, contact us and we will issue a new one.

9. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or anticipated savings, and our total liability arising from the Growth Blueprint is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there where that law allows.
